Here is a brief explanation of how the Conference allocates offerings marked ‘Conference Advance’ on tithe envelopes:

‍The Conference Advance offering goes towards two main areas.

1) The youth of our conference

2) Public evangelism.

The total funds received from the Conference Advance offering are distributed to five specific areas in need of funding.  Here is the percentage that each one receives:

• Evangelism | 40% – (giving funds to churches specifically for public evangelism efforts)
• Elementary Education | 25% – (helping keep our schools in operation)
• Worthy Students | 20% – (allowing more students to attend our schools)
• Youth Camp | 7.5% – (assisting Camp Lawroweld with their expenses)
• Camp Meeting | 7.5% – (helping with the expenses of Camp Meeting)

Notice that the largest bulk of the Conference Advance offering funds the youth of our conference (Elementary Education, Worthy Students, and Camp Lawroweld)
