Housing and Meal Plan for Volunteers (Adults & Pathfinders) who have confirmed assignments at Spring Escape.

This form is for whoever is paying for you. Whether it be the parent or the group leader.
Step 2: Individual Form
This form must be completed for each person attending Spring Escape. That means families with multiple children will need to complete this form multiple times.
