Each student participating in Music Clinic must be accompanied by a chaperone who is responsible (and on campus) for him or her at all times. However, a chaperone can be responsible for more than one student.
Chaperones: Chaperones are asked to perform duties at the clinic to ensure the program runs smoothly. If you do not select your preferences when you register, you will be assigned duties at random. Furthermore, we will try to meet your preferences, but all duties need coverage. Thank you for your understanding. Each chaperone needs to complete the registration process.
Refunds: Refunds will not be issued after the March 1 deadline. Refunds prior to March 1 will be received only after any loaned music is returned to the Northern New England Conference - Office of Education.
Note about Band: There is limited room for percussionists. Also note that band no longer includes 5th & 6th grade and is only 7th-12th this year.

Deadline for all other Registrations: March 1, 2026
Are there any exceptions? The only circumstance we will allow a student to enroll in Music Clinic after the final deadline is if they have just enrolled in a Northern New England Conference School and have not had the opportunity to apply previously.
